GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

 

The abstracts should have 2500 characters, include a few keywords (maximum 5) and must identify the name of the main authors, corresponding institutional affiliation and email address. Deadline for submission of abstracts is July 1, 2013 to the following email: projectorehurb@gmail.com **

** sending communications does not exempt the conference registration through the website.



All the abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by the scientific committee. The results of acceptance will be communicated to the authors until July 5, 2013. 



The written communications must be submitted according to the guidelines until July 31, 2013, in order to be included in the final proceedings of the Conference, which will be distributed free of charge to all registered participants until the end of September.


A selection of the best conference papers will also be considered for publication in a refereed scientific journal.

 

  • Written manuscripts must be presented in Portuguese, Castilian or English and must comply with the following guidelines:
  • Maximum of 50 000 characters (spaces included);
  • Must identify in the first page the name and surname of author(s), corresponding affiliation and email address(es);
  •  Present an abstract of 2500 characters (maximum), including title and keywords (maximum 5);
  • File must be sent in .doc, .docx or .rtf format and include the author’s surname in the filename;
  • Tables and figures may be presented in their due position in the paper, respecting legibility and image quality parameters for printing.
